We selected an award-winning team of architects to create a resort that combines contemporary architecture with sustainable design.

Nestled amongst fragrant lavender & aromatic healing herb gardens, the suites offer breath-taking views of the vineyards and valleys below with gardens placed to provide the utmost privacy. There are anti-depressive herbs growing wild within the property.

The ancient art of “feng shui” or geomancy was applied in the planning of the property. Design & interiors impact the mood and mind, so we are mindful to create an environment & design aesthetic that allows one’s mind to be at peace and relaxed.

The interiors are created with design and sustainability as key values with a curation of leading sustainable design brands & with many pieces “Made by Hand” to support heritage craft traditions.

We respect cultural heritage and want to honour local crafts traditions. In order to keep these arts “alive” and living into new generations, we partner with a curated selection leading designers, artisans and artists to support Portuguese crafts industries. This is a form of cultural sustainability.
